If purchased and installed by the end of 2023 all condensing models tankless water heaters with UEF of 0.95 or greater qualify for a $1000 Socal Gas Company rebate sent to the homeowner in a form of a check.

Energy Star Certified Tankless Water Heater Federal Tax Credit of 30% or $600.
If purchased and installed by the end of 2023, homeowners can claim a tax credit of 30% or $600 whichever is greater of the total cost of an installation of a tankless water heater.
