TANKLESS WATER HEATER REPAIR
Tankless water heaters are very complex appliances with lots of different sensors, valves, and electronic components. As time goes by and the work hours keep rolling up, your tankless water heater will begin to malfunction. Some issues are related to lack of maintenance and could be rectified by servicing the water heater, some will call for a part replacement, or If the water heater is older than 10-12 years, you might be better off replacing the unit with a new one. Either way, we will give you our recommendation once we troubleshoot the unit.

TANKLESS WATER HEATER MAINTENANCE
Once every 2-3 years, your tankless water heater will need periodic maintenance. During the procedure, we flush/descale the heat exchanger for 45 minutes, and clean the ignition rods and the air filter. If need be, we will also clean or replace any water filters serving the tankless water heater. This service procedure ensures that you will not end up getting cold water while you are in the shower. Heat exchanger flush is not recommended for tankless water heaters older than 10-12 years, as this can cause a premature leak.
